More Than Just a Rowing Club
ACRC is more than just a rowing club! We provide opportunities, both on and off the water, to create balanced, well-rounded, individuals. We incorporate cross-fit training and yoga, developing strong bodies and minds, while integrating team building and community service projects, cultivating friendships and community ties.
Club Mission
Arch City Rowing Club (ACRC) is a juniors rowing club, dedicated to the safe training and development of competitive rowers through a full-body, multi-discipline, co-ed program for teenage girls and boys. Our philosophy is to develop the entire rower, both mentally and physically, without limited focus on muscle groups traditionally associated with rowing. In addition to the typical on-water rowing and off-water erging, conditioning may include but is not limited to: cross-fit, cardio boxing, yoga, and other cardio-intensive workouts.
